Every year we take young adults on board to live and learn together for 3–4 weeks. The participants explore sustainable living through hands-on practice, shared routines, and collective responsibility in a close-knit onboard community. Daily life on the boat serves as a practical microcosm for understanding global challenges such as limited resources, cooperation, and mental well-being.

Led by an experienced skipper and educator, the workshop provides a structured environment for gaining practical skills, building resilience, and developing critical thinking about a sustainable future.
